My default operating model is built to keep delivery moving while making decisions obvious, auditable, and reversible when needed.

  • Governance: clear decision rights, escalation paths, steering/working group cadence, decision log.
  • Delivery rhythm: sprint or hybrid cadence, dependency tracking, weekly executive readout, unblock-focused standups.
  • Risk management: RAID ownership, early risk surfacing, mitigations tied to dates/owners, no “hidden work.”
  • Scope control: change control with impact (time/cost/quality), “must vs nice-to-have” alignment.
  • Metrics: cycle time, defect escape, throughput, adoption readiness (training, comms, support), and ROI proxy metrics.
  • Stakeholder alignment: stakeholder map, comms plan, and artifacts designed for exec scanning (not meeting notes).
